  • World Disability Day, Dec 3rd: Vidya Sudha Special School & Dept. of Occupational Therapy organized a Human Chain Campaign at SRIHER.
  • Field Visit to Thiruvallur: Organized by Dept. of EHE & Dept. of Occupational Therapy at Vrindavan, Sri Ramachandra Mission.
  • World Schizophrenia Awareness Day: Skit and pamphlet distribution by 2017 batch students.
  • International Collaboration: Students Exchange Program on June 17.
  • Eco Walk, Oct 3rd: Organized by SRIHER student council for Gandhi Jayanthi to promote cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Say No to Plastic Campaign: Conducted by Sri Ramachandra Centre for Women’s Advancement.
  • Free Screening Camp: Dept. of Occupational Therapy at Vayalanallur Village.
  • Seminar on Peripheral Neuropathy, 2020: 24 final-year students attended a workshop by Dept. of Physiology (SRMC & RI).
  • OTICON 2020: Attended the 57th Annual National Conference of AIOTA, Jan 16–18, 2020.
  • International Conference, 2020: Participated in a program on multiple disabilities at ACS Medical College & Hospital.
  • Kalam’s World Record Attempt, 2020: Created to raise awareness about Occupational Therapy in collaboration with TNAIOTA.
  • World Occupational Therapy Month, 2020: Celebrated and awareness promoted via social media platforms.
  • Webinar on SOAP Notes: Organized by SRIHER and TNAIOTA, 2020.
  • Inter-College Competitions: Events like E-poster, Connexions, Elcambio, and short films in Nov 2020.
  • Webinar on Hand Splints: Highlighting their importance in Occupational Therapy.
  • OTICON 2021: Attended the 58th Annual National Conference virtually on March 6–7.

  • Multiple Sclerosis Screening Camp, March 2023: Held in collaboration with the Chennai Chapter of MSS.
  • Kidney Health Awareness Camp, April 2023: Organized with Paediatric Medicine and Urology departments.
  • Autism Awareness Campaign, April 2023: Sticker and brochure distribution at SRIHER.
  • Handwriting Screening Camp, May 2023: Conducted at Vayalanallur and Kolappanchavadi.
  • Cancer Survivor’s Day Campaign, June 2023: Purple ribbon and motivational quote distribution to 300 individuals at SRMC.
  • Ergonomics Awareness Program, June 2023: Conducted at Arignar Anna Institute, benefitting 50 officials.
  • Drug Abuse Awareness Events, June 2023: Vocational screening, training, and sapling plantation in the de-addiction ward.
